Exalting God in Worship
Meeting corporately for meaningful, active worship of God; encouraging all to worship in spirit and truth.
Equipping the believers
Teaching scriptural principles properly in order to develop spiritual maturity in all people, by employing relevant effective means.
Edifying the believers
Encouraging each individual to recognize their part in the body, using their God-given gifts as inter-dependent parts of this body, committed to each other.
Evangelizing the world
Bringing forth the truth of the scriptures, revealing the love of God to all people; it is our desire to share as widely and effectively as possible the Good news of God’s forgiveness in Jesus Christ. We desire that this proclamation of the Gospel be accompanied by
genuine love and concern for all.
Effective Service
recognizing that all believers are able and called to participate in this work, each employing their gifts to help meet the needs as they are presented; we desire to see this service reach out into our families, communities, and in our world.
May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.
For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
